  1. Let’s see if I can double that number in 2011 😀

When I started my blog, I didn’t have an audience in mind. I mostly just wanted to practice writing, but the internet isn’t a private sphere so naturally people will find your blog if the topics you write about interest them.

This new year, I may start thinking more about my target audience. I’ve already started doing that…I guess my target would be Muslims in the West, literature geeks, and people who are interested in spirituality and religion. Not narrow enough, but it works for me. My blog is recreational rather than work, so I want to keep the underlying motive the same: a silly American Muslim nerd who is trying to figure out the world around her.

If you ever visited my blog or are a regular visitor (via subscription), thank you for your support 🙂

I will take suggestions on how to improve my blog and future posts.

    A peaceful 2011 to all,
